Sleep Apnea Syndrome,

Over consumption of Caffeine, Anemia.

An appropriate sleeping hours for an adult is 7 to 8 hours a day. As Korean saying goes,

"Sleeping right will keep you healthy"

(Or, direct translation would be "sleeping right is better than any other restorative herbal medicine."), a sound sleep enables restoring physical and mental fatigue and speeds up metabolism.  If you have had enough sleep but still feel weary, then it is a signal that something is wrong with your body. This week, let us find out what are the possible diseases that can be diagnosed with fatigue.

1. Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

If you have slept more than the recommended sleeping hours (8 hours) but still feel tired, one should suspect the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. If you have sleep apnea (which means "cessation of breath"), your breath can become very shallow or you may even stop breathing while you are asleep. Obstructive sleep apnea occurs when there are repeated episodes of complete or partial blockage of the upper airway during sleep. During a sleep apnea episode, the diaphragm and chest muscles work harder to open the obstructed airway and pull air into the lungs. These episodes can interfere with sound sleep and also reduce the flow of oxygen to vital organs and cause irregular heart rhythms.

The most common obstructive sleep apnea symptoms include: Daytime sleepiness or fatigue, dry mouth or sore throat upon awakening, headaches in the morning, trouble concentrating, forgetfulness, depression, or irritability, night sweats, restlessness during sleep, snoring, sudden awakenings with a sensation of gasping or choking and even difficulty getting up in the mornings. If you feel like you're suffering from the above-mentioned symptoms, make sure to control your weight (for those who are obese), quit smoking and etc.

2. Eating habit

Eating little as well as not having a balanced diet can make one easily tired. In this time of the year (in April), whether they are in Korea or in the US, most students are busy with midterms and finals. While spending a lot of time in front of the table, students are unable to have a proper meal for the day.
If one does not eat adequate amount of nutrients, the blood sugar becomes abnormal and therefore brings extreme fatigue. If one skips meal for a long time, the sympathetic nervous system is activated and the body maintains its state of tension. This exacerbates exhaustion. Therefore one should have a balanced diet, taking minerals and nutrients that are necessary for our body to prevent super fatigue.

3. Over-consumption of Caffeine

Everyone knows that caffeine is effective in making people awake as well as in increasing concentration level. However, when taking more-than-enough caffeine such as coffee, tea, chocolate, soft drinks and medicine, the heart rates go up as well as the blood pressure. This gives one the restlessness and irritability. Therefore one should avoid drinking too much coffee and eating chocolates, which are "must-have" items for the test periods. However, immediately reducing the caffeine (at once) can give more fatigue. So, try to decrease the amount little by little.

4. Anemia

People, especially women, with anemia can easily feel the tired. Moreover, lack of iron in the body endangers women during their monthly periods. This is because the oxygen is being carried out via red blood cells to all parts of the body. In case you suffer from Anemia, supplement iron with other food such as lean meat, shell fish, beans and grains.

5. Last but not least, fatigue brings hypothyroidism.

Thyroid usually plays the role of controlling metabolism in the body. However, when thyroid does not work properly and therefore  experiences inactive metabolism, this can give fatigue and overweight to that person.

Looking at the above-mentioned symptoms for diseases or fatigue, there are different types of exercises or medications that cure the diseases. Biocera Forest Air is one of the solutions. This new product not only removes yellow dusts, but it also makes the air refreshing with negative ion. Biocera Forest Air is an oxygen booster that contains Biocera tech materials which maximize the air-purifying function of the cartridges by collecting dusts, pollutants in the air.

The Biocera balls inside and the phytoncide cartridge generate rich negative ions and phytoncide fragrances emitted in a forest. It relieves stress and increases the metabolism of the body. It helps reduce carbon dioxide emissions and contributes to the Low Carbon Green Growth.

Even if some of the symptoms are invisible, one should take a good look on what's going on and also diagnose fatigue. I noticed that everyday in the morning, most of the people on the train - especially those who seem professionals always look tired-looking. This is also the case of students in the library and/or in small windowless rooms. Even before this painful fatigue attacks us, why don't we take preventive measures in advance? Make your environment fresh with Biocera Forest Air without electrical power! It will help you relieve stress, increase metabolism and therefore protect you from being exhausted.
